How it gets papered
Standard routes: teaming agreement for a joint pursuit, a task order under an existing contract, a specific pursuit, task order under an IDIQ, or membership of an OTA consortium.
NDAs first, always. The company works on programs where discretion is a contractual and operational requirement, and the same standard applies to a teaming conversation.
Past teaming
Named only with the partner’s written permission. Alpha Federal does not publish partner identities or pursuit details, which is the same standard applied to client programs — and it is the standard a prime should want from a partner who will also know their pipeline.

Will you compete against us on the same pursuit?
Not once we are teamed on it. Exclusivity and scope are settled in the teaming agreement before capture work starts, which is the point at which to raise it rather than after.
What is your small-business status?
Alpha Federal is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business and sits within the SBA size standards for the work it does. For a prime building a small-business or SDVOSB participation plan, that is the line that matters. We will confirm current certification status in writing for any bid that depends on it, because a stale claim creates a problem for whoever relied on it.
How quickly can you paper a teaming agreement?
An NDA the same week, and a teaming agreement inside a couple of weeks where the scope split is clear. What slows it down is almost never the paper — it is agreeing exclusivity, work share and which party leads. We would rather spend the time on that up front than discover the disagreement after award.
Can you carry execution risk in country?
That is a large part of what we are for. Alpha Federal operates in the environments its clients work in, and takes mission execution responsibility rather than supplying staff into someone else's delivery model.
Will you name us as a past teaming partner?
Only with your written permission. That is the same standard applied to client programs, and it is the standard a prime should want from a partner who will also know their pipeline.
