Alpha Federal is a U.S.-based special-mission integrator. We design, stand up and operate airborne ISR, border and territorial security, counter-narcotics, command-and-control and capability-transfer programs for U.S. government agencies, partner-nation defense and interior ministries worldwide, and for prime contractors. Programs are structured around your procurement authority, priced against a defined scope, and are designed from the outset to be handed over.

Why this company exists
The premise.
Alpha Federal exists because the way most airborne intelligence gets sold to partner nations does not survive contact with the mission. A catalog aircraft arrives with a sensor the crew was not trained on, a downlink the ministry cannot sustain, and a support contract that has to be renewed forever. We start from the requirement instead, and we design every program from the outset to be handed over.
That is not a criticism of the aircraft or the sensors, which are usually fine. It is a criticism of starting from the product. A program that begins with what is in stock ends with a capability the customer cannot run alone, and a support contract neither side really wanted.
