Capability Areas

Six MissionCapability Areas.

Alpha Federal delivers six mission capability areas as one integrated architecture: airborne ISR, border and territorial security, counter-narcotics and CT support, command-and-control with intelligence fusion, sovereign capability development, and embedded mission support and staffing.

How these fit together

Six areas, assembled into one solution.

These are not six product lines to pick from. They are the components we assemble into a package built around a specific problem — your threat picture, your terrain, your force structure, your procurement authority, and above all what you already operate.

Almost every ministry we work with owns part of the answer already: an air wing, observation posts, a communications network, an operations room that works. The job is rarely to replace that. It is to establish which layer is actually the constraint, add only what is missing, and make the new part work with the existing part — because a capability delivered as an integration problem for your staff to solve afterwards is a capability that will underperform for years.

Interoperability is our responsibility, not a caveat in the specification. If a sensor we supply cannot feed the operations room you already run, we have not finished the job.

Take all of it, some of it, or one piece

We prime whole architectures and we supply a single tier into programs somebody else leads. Both are normal, and which one fits is decided by the vehicle and the customer rather than by a standing preference.

If you do not see what you need on this page, ask. The six areas below describe where we have depth, not the limit of what we will take on. We have sourced, integrated and sustained capabilities that appear nowhere in this list because a customer had a real problem and needed it solved. The objective is the mission outcome, not the catalog.
