Strategic Advisor — Africa Programs.
Advise on program design and ministry engagement across Africa — what a partner nation can realistically stand up, sustain and eventually own, and what a credible pathway there looks like. French an advantage.
First 90 days
Tell us what we are getting wrong about the region before we spend money finding out. By day 30 you have reviewed the current regional approach and named the assumptions that do not hold. By day 60 you have opened or validated the relationships that matter. By day 90 you have shaped at least one pursuit into something that fits how the customer actually buys.

A contract role for someone with genuine regional depth. The value is judgment about what will actually survive handover, not a network alone.
