Proposal Manager.
Run captures and proposals end to end for U.S. and international pursuits — compliance matrix, win themes, past performance, pricing narrative and the schedule that gets it submitted on time.
First 90 days
Build the proposal machine rather than just working the current bid. By day 30 you have a compliance matrix discipline in place and a reusable content library started. By day 60 you have run a full response end to end, on schedule, with a real color-team cycle. By day 90 the library is good enough that the next response starts at sixty percent complete.

Small company, so this role touches capture strategy as well as production. You will be the person who says a pursuit is not winnable, which is more valuable than the ones you write.
