Program Manager — International.
Own an international program end to end: schedule, cost, customer relationship, in-country coordination and the execution standard the customer contracted for.
First 90 days
Own the relationship with the customer and the schedule at the same time, which is the whole difficulty of the role. By day 30 you know the ministry chain of command and who actually signs. By day 60 you are running the program review and the customer is bringing problems to you before they escalate. By day 90 you have a written handover plan for the capability, because every program here is designed to end.

Program management here is not administrative. You are the company in the room, and the customer’s read of Alpha Federal is largely your read.
