Fuel Distribution System Operator, Lead.
Lead the operators on the truck rack, the pipelines and the tank farm. You load, ship, receive, gauge and test, you lead a shift crew, and you are accountable for every movement being done right and documented.
First 90 days
By day 30 you are loading trucks and running pipeline shipments without a second set of eyes, and you are qualified on on-site quality testing. By day 60 you have worked an overnight receipt as the senior operator on shift. By day 90 you are the person who qualifies new operators, and the quality and gauging records leaving this terminal under your name stand up to an audit without explanation.

Offers for this role are contingent on the Defense Logistics Agency awarding the contract to Alpha Federal. We make contingent offers early so the right people are cleared for base access and ready on day one rather than starting the process after award.
Fuel is a business where the paperwork is the product as much as the product is. The operators who last here are the ones who treat a gauging record the way a maintainer treats a logbook.
