Business Development Manager — Latin America.
Build and hold ministry-level relationships across Latin America, shape requirements early, and convert them into programs Alpha Federal can actually execute — in Spanish and English.
First 90 days
Build the regional pipeline from the requirement end rather than the catalog end. By day 30 you have mapped who buys airborne intelligence in the region and on what authority. By day 60 you have qualified opportunities with named authority, funding line and timeline. By day 90 you have put at least one of them in front of the team as a real pursuit with a capture plan behind it.

This is requirement-shaping work, not pipeline administration. The measure is whether the programs you bring in are ones the company can deliver to standard.
